Langkawi 2011: Report

Dear SDCians..

This time, we have 6 dwarfs of Ravin, Mani, Din, Mogan, Jega, Nicky and one little princess called Ai Lee on the crusade to Langkawi.

The real challenge had already began at the beginning trip where me and Mogan had to endure a toxic-smell endurance as we sat in Din's car which was filled with fresh vommit odour when his fren vommitted in his car a week ago. You may asked Mogan on how he meditated his mind to overcome the smell along the 500km+ journey.

1Malaysia

As usual, we parked our car at Masjid India upon arriving. However, Iman Sadiq was not around to greet us this time as he went back to India to attend his son's wedding. But the good thing was that we managed to earn a cheaper parking rate from his caretaker. That shows that Iman also know how to make extra money as he charged us more last time.

Upon arrival, we rented a brand new Avanza which I could said the best conditioned car ever as compared to the previous langkawi trips. I'm not sure this is a tradition or what, but this trip again, we began our first meal at McD... this is the best choice we could have as we couldn't found any nice shops opened at that time. After makan, we shopped for our first thanni session at Kuah Town and we bought Choya and Gin Sapphire for the nite.

Thanks to my fren, Edina.. we had the priviledge again to stay at her private mansion and we also met Nab, the caretaker of the place. After settle down, the rest of the guys went for water polo games and I had to turn my laptop for some works. Guys, I promise not goin to bring laptop next time.. if bring also, we used it to watch p***n instead.. like what Zeek did last time :p

Tai Chi @ Cable Car

Moving on, we went to Yatch Club to have KFC for our lunch and proceed to Cable Car after that. This time round, we experienced a very strong blow which we felt like being flown away by the wind at certain point. We met some Swedish chicks also, where Din felt like releasing his Anaconda/Cicak. As for nite session, Max pulled out for the thanni session last min with reason saying that he felt tired. This gave us an idea on what to dispute on the next day thanni session.

On the 2nd day, we went to Kuah Town and stopped at Auntie May's gourment to rekindled some of nicest foods we had in Langkawi. The food tasted just as delicious as we had last time. From there, we managed to get contact for a good clean massage retreat, which we had after our final round of shopping. Again, all of us kena punked by Din again. Berkelah di Pantai Chenang

After getting our alignment right, we went to Pantai Chenang for some baywatch and filled up the final nite of our stay with Mr.Jack Daniel and variety of nuts and snacks. Time flies..and subconsciously, we had wrapped up of this episode of our road trip.

Frazer Hill: A Thulasi's Production

Dear SDCians...

Credits to our Captain Jack Sparrow, the low awaiting Frazer Hill trip finally came into premiere.. Among the cast of this production are Shuk, Aimie, Alvin, Ravin, Cecilia, Din, Mogan, Das and Nicky. We started the shooting at Kelana Jaya LRT Station, and proceed to Tesco Rawang, where we filled our car with foods and most importantly, Black Label.

Then, we stopped by at a water dam, known as "Damn You" according to Shuk, for a short break and sight seeing. During this break, we came to known of the powerful extended lens that Shuk owned, as it managed to capture some Mat Salleh's chicks as clear as ASTRO HD.

Outside our apartment

We continued our journey and reached our apartment around lunch time. After touchdown, we started our first activity of the day at The Paddock, we had horse ride and Robin Hood's exercise. The best archer of the day, Cecilia managed to get majority of the shots on the board compared to most of us who accidently killed some rats and birds.

Next, we supposed to go for a boat ride but eventually deferred the plan due to poor weather condition. Thus, we ended up had our late lunch which prepared by some school kids who were on school holidays.

After got our stomach filled, we explored the remaining of the day with Kampung Carrom Contest as well as International Ping-pong competition where we had contestants from India, China and Nepal (Ravin).

Now, come the climax scene of the production, The Thanni Session. As for this scene, we only had one casualty this time. Initially, he wanted to ask someone a question during the sharing session, but end up knock-off on the sofa while keeping everyone waiting for his qs. As for the rest of the story, the Jega's rule applied. What ever happen in Frazer, stayed in Frazer.

To add icing on top of this wonderful trip, we stopped at Air Terjun Chamang for our afternoon bath. Believe it or not, Mogan also left his car to us as he was cheated to death by Das who supposed to guide Mogan throught the strong river stream, but end up guided Mogan to the river of death.

Well year 2010 is coming to end, its time for us to have cool and refreshing trip outing. This is first time we will venture at Fraser Hills, Pahang Darul Makmur a place where SDC have not venture yet. A short brief of Fraser Hills....

Fraser’s Hill is a highland resort destination nestled among the mountains of Pahang where the temprature can reach near to16 degree celsius, about two hours away from Kuala Lumpur. Locally known as Bukit Fraser, this cooling holiday retreat is popular for its nature activities and cooling climate. It is also one of the last hill stations of Malaysia, an imprint left behind by former British colonial masters.

Fraser's Hill resort is one of the least developed hill resort compared to Cameron Highlands or Genting Highlands. As such, this resort which is located at an altitude of 1,524 metres above sea level is an ideal place for one who just want to enjoy the undisturbed nature in a cool environment. Activities that you can do here include bird-watching, camping, horse-riding, jungle trekking, fishing, golfing as well as discovering the many flora and fauna that abounds in this hill.

Last Sunday gathering was a blast !! Hari ini dalam sejarah !! It was the largest SDC contingent in Din's house till date !!! We even had a Korean fren (not GTF) joining us this time.. He even plan to form a SDC chapter when he goes back Korea in future.. haha.. Anyway, it was awesome to meet so many of u guys n gals there.. Among some of the memorable moments are as listed below;

Yeah, believe it or not, we did actually had some sort like 1-day binding camp in the SDC HQ, but in a more casual manner.. That represents the OC spirit that were still burning strongly in our blood..

Module #1: Potluck

-Our stomach were gladly filled with foods such KFC, Dominos, Secret Recipe, Home-made Spaghetti, kenduri left-over meehun, and various types soft-drinks. In addition, we were also being surpised with the presence our beloved long-missing SDC's secretary, Syaza. The current MAS's stewardess still look as elegant as ever, and guess what, Alvin was the most happiest person on earth at that time..

Module #2: Taboo's New Version

-Next, is time for us to have some fun in testing our creativity as well as communication skills by playing a modified version of Taboo. Firstly, 2 groups were formed with the balance of gender, maturity and races. Next, each group had to list 5 names for each theme given, e.g. 5 Names of Ex-OC that everyone knew. Then a representive from each group will have to act based on the written names by the opponent group, and each respective groups members has shout the answers and if possible, answered all within 3 minutes. Tharan did won the Best Actor for the role of The Exorcist.

Module #3: Walk down the memories lane, SBA

-Yeah, that was our final touchdown to SBA as a group.. The hall still oxygenized with OC Spirit around, as the posters were still attached in the wall, leftover from recent binding camp's groups. The memories we had in SBA, the home for the OCs, shall always be our guiding light for our future. As the song goes,"Once upon a time, there was a SBA.."

Module #4: Putrajaya Cruise

-Normally, the OCs always hang-out at one of the bridges in Putrajaya, for photo-taking as well as chill-out. The enchanted ambience provide us a great platform to sit down, relax and know each other better. We were also awaiting for Jun-Robot to join us there as he had to meet other bots earlier before the gathering.

-This was a relative new module for us as we never visited there as a group, in fact, it was first-timer experience for some of us who never been there before. As usual, Captain Das and Chee Wei were the leading this module, and Captain Das claimed that he found another port for his ship to land alredi...

Final Module: The Return of the God

-If binding camp has the "Life Graph" as the ultimate module, here we have this module as the climax of the nite. Every confession were thrown out, and those long-keeping doubt were answered. Yes, and here I admitted, the "God" did return that nite. Again, whatever happen in HQ, stays in HQ.

Farewell for SDC HQ

Dear SDCians...

The SDC HQ term in MMU, Cyberjaya has come to an end.. Established since 2007, this place has store so much memories for us.. Sometimes, it has been known as "Refugee camp" as many people come in and out, and many frequently took a night here while settling their errants.. During 2007 convocation, it had actually accomodated 16 of us throughout the procession. Besides that, most of the binding camp committees were also having their discussions and stay here for the 2007 Orientation Week. Therefore, everyone let's gather again in this pioneer HQ for the last time to cherish the wonderful memories we had. Here are the details:

Langkawi 2010: Day 2

Dear SDCians..

Haha.. Finally got the remaining pics from Selvan... Let's continue the story board.. One of the special thingin from this trip was our accomodation... It was a luxury villa with beautiful natural surroundings.. It makes us felt like we were belong to the royal family.. Haha.. Trully a kind offer from a fren of mine and hopefully we still got a chance to stay there again in future.. We need to swim in the villa's pool next time as we have missed the chance previously...

Next, we had also visited the beach in Pantai Chenang, which we didn't experienced previously. White soft sandy beach, filled with pretty hot Caucasions mens/gals and not to forget some exotic beach bars with reggae tune singing along, this is a another place we must revisited next time..

Time passes according to its nature.. Some of us continue to progress in our career.. Some of us just about to embark into our career.. The university has changed too... HB3 food court and Central Plaza no longer the same as it used to be.. People are graduating and leaving the university... My tenure to the university shall end as well... In our recent langkawi trip, 9 of us attended, consists of both MBA frens and SDCians... It was a great platform to extent our friendship as some of us only met each other for the first time...

At the Kuala Kedah's jetty

Do you still remember the imam who look after our cars last time? Guess what.. he still recognised us as he was asking where is the red proton (either refering to Shuk's Tamiya or Rajah's red force). Again, he changed my surname again when we met..Last time, he called me Mr.Wong, this time he called me Mr.Tan.. Haha.. However, he finally remember my name after some teasing by me... To those who intend to book van, accomodation, or island hopping, you may contact Imam Sadiq at 0124466869.. he can give you a good price.. perhaps you may tell him that you are recommended by Mr.Ong..

We were taken by shock as soon as we arrived at our accomodation.. it was a hillside mansion bungalow owned by my fren... Attached with a clean swimming pool, japanese-styled bedroom, single-room size bathroom, and a french-style designed kitchen.. we were fascinated as we never thought we would able to stay at such places... Thanks my fren, Edina for offering such great accomodation to us.. Hopefully we will able to touch down again in our next trip..

After the afternoon nap, we had KFC and proceed to the Cable Car.. What a lucky day it was as it was sunny with clear bright sky.... Before we went up the hill, we took some time visiting the Deer farm and Rabbit farm.. Spend some good time harassing those animals :p.. We proceed up the hill next and finally arrived at the Heaven of Langkwai.. Managed to snap some exotic scenery pictures and most of us just sat and relax with breezing winds till the sunset...

As for dinner, we had a Malay-cuisine at Pantai Chenang... It was different shop compared to the ones we had last time.. but the food is equally good and cheap... As we were eager to buy liquor for our first night session, we came to disappointment as those grocery shops in Chenang no longer sell liquor.. Liquor can only be obtained at Duty-free center in Chenang but it closed at 10 pm.. So we end up buying imported beers and Pelicans for the Day 1 session.... For your info, Hoagarden is sold at RM14 per bottle in KL, but in langkawi, it is only cost RM4.50 !!!!

Dear all I miss everyone here. Hope everyone is doing fine.

First of all, Happy New Year! I hope I wasn't late to say this. :)

It's been a while I didn't update my current life with everyone here but I'm pretty sure everyone is busy with their own stuff as well. Well, after I graduated, I didn't take a rest but I work right away at Astro as a Quality Assurance Editor. It's a very hectic work but it's the most memorable and valuable working experience of mine. Working in Astro is just like a dreams come true to me. However, this dream wasn't last long. I resign after two and a half months I worked there. And there leads me to my current company, which is TM.

Fyi, I'm a TM scholar with Sengho as well. Both of us go through a lot of training together either in Klang Valley and also in Taiping. I got a posting in IPTV which is a upcoming new TV platform in Malaysia using internet streaming as the backbone in line with the upcoming High Speed Broadband project. However, Sengho wasn't that lucky that he was a Sales for TM SME, and he is going to leave me alone in TM soon. Somehow I wish him all the best.

One boring working day, while I was hectic with my work, a call from the far away Jordan wakes me up. Zeek, my abang angkat who left me alone in Malaysia called me for the first time, after months he was away. He was kinda surprise that I was in TM where he don't think TM is gonna suits me this nasty little girl. However, I told him that life is cruel, I gonna live it to the fullest no matter what. I was even more heart broken when he told me the reason he called me up is, the 3 pussy boys which is DIN, NICKY and SHUK, none of them picked up his call and he decided to call a girl. There's where the call from Jordan comes from.

But still I miss Zeek a lot. I miss the dinner we had together with Michelle and sent you home. Whenever I have lunch at Bangsar, I definitely will think of you, because your house is so damn near with my office. He told me that he will be back in Malaysia on August, I'm pretty sure we will meet up again for a buka puasa dinner, what you say Zeek and Michelle?

Work in TM is getting busier and busier as we are lack of man power. I'm doing everything including my manager's and AGM's job. I don't know how far I can go, and how long I will stay here, but this company seriously brush me up as a mature adult, no longer the little girl Elyn that you know.

I hope I won't crap too much here as it's kinda tired to read so much words. Last but not least, I love you everyone and Happy Chinese New Year + Happy Valentine!

Here I would like to share something that been practised by we, SDCians all this while, which is the 1Malaysia concept. If government really wish to realize this noble concept, they should hold a public showing throughout the country of this movie, Talentime, produced by the legendary Yasmin Ahmad. This is one of her classic movie, which potray cultural and languages of all the races in Malaysia. Even the soundtracks of this movie are beautifully written and sang by our own anak Malaysia. Here is one of the interesting dialogue excepts which I was personally impressed while watching the movie:

Datin: Mei leng is a Muslim, OMG, I didn't know that. But why she is still called Mei Leng, why she didn't change her name? (frustrated)

Daughter: Because she masuk Islam, not Melayu, not even Arab. (sarcastic)

Mother: Mei Leng is a good name, Datin. It means beautiful flower.

If you need motivation to accept the concept of 1Malaysia, this movie shall enlighten you on how Malaysia should be.

Recently we had a gathering at Mines where we were reunited with one of our old fren, Cha Li. She was Cecilia's roomate during uni time and been one of the helpers in the famous Scrunchy Shop during College Festival 2006. As soon as she completed her studies, she left to UK for work with the intention to ease her family's financial burden plus repaying her PTPTN loan. In an uncertain and stressful working condition, she had found her other-half and she has been traveling with him to France to set up a family-business restaurant since her bf has been working as a Chef. Currently, she's back here in Malaysia for few months to settle her application for a long-time visa to France.

Volvo Owners Club of Malaysia

Last weekend was a blast for me as I joined a convoy for one of the most prestige motor club in malaysia... VOCM (Volvo Owners Club of Malaysia). This convoy took place on the 19th December 2009 and it was held in conjunction for the rolled back of the government issues for each car that is over 15 years have to check their car in PUSPAKOM yearly to continue renew their road tax. This trip objective is to show that even cars that is more than 20 years still can maintain well in the road and together stand as 1 Malaysia. So as the main organizer, the 2xx series of volvo they gather up for a trip to Melaka. I was so glad to join this convoy as most of the cars here is well maintained and in good condition, so as for my 'Big Daddy' I guess it has been recognised as well for its well maintained condition.

The convoy first gather with the central region members in Sg Besi toll at 7:00 am on the saturday and a total of 20 cars manage to gather there for a short breifing for the rules and regulation of convoy. After the short breifing we move out to PD to meet up with some of our southern region members. Once reach PD and our southern regiion members joined, total of 35 cars and we move out for our first stop that is breakfast at Seremban. With a total of 35 cars the traffic is very packed and it was very tiring to follow all in one lane. After finish breakfast all of us gather around for the main breifing to start the convoy move to Melaka (Tanjung Kling).

The journey to tg. Kling went well as the participant really obey the convoy regulation and the drive was really enjoyable. Sadly as we arrive in Melaka it was raining heavily and without any back up plans we just lepak2 at the Medan Selera Tg. Kling.

After finish drinking all of us went back but some stay and make other arrangements since we all already gather so one of the member suggest to go back to his place in muar......and for me since I do not have any other plans just went with them.....journey to muar took us another 1 1/2 hour drive from melaka....reach muar we hang around the house and have some drink while waiting till the night.......at night we decided to went for ikan bakar at Serkam. One of our member have a Kedai Ikan Bakar at Serkam so we hang around his shop while having our late dinner. We ate from 10 till midnight and we enjoyed the food as for quite a long time havent eat ikan bakar.... Once finish eating we drove back to KL....so 5 cars drove back in the middle of the night and enjoy the night drive back to KL....

I arrive at my house by 3 am and was really exausted.....nearly 24 hours went out and what a really enjoy moment for me...

So guys thats just the update for me during my weekends, I enjoy meeting up with new people and knowing them really improve me on my motoring knowledge and they also really friendly and without a doubt will help you when you need them...this is friendship is all about and I'll treasure it forever........

Thanks a lot to nicky who is keeping up this blog...even most of us are buzy with their work and all....just dun forget the main reason y we set up this blog at the first place is to update to all of what we r doing and how r we outside the uni life and our working experience..... btw nicky gewd movie write up although a bit sad if u went to watch all theese movies alone...which i doubt it la...he sure got a lot of his livestock will entertain him at cyber there......who duwan to be a friend with the most coolest lecturer in MMU rite.........

Ahahaha...well now sice I have my free time Ill just write something up for all to read la hor.... yea its true that i have been missing in action for most of the outings nowdays.....I'm so sorry but I'm buzy finishing my tamiya car which sadly its been 3 months since it does not move.... parked in front of my house......

3 Months mybe for some is very long...but i doubt it for thoose who is already working....3 months is very fast pass by.....like most ppl say's....time flies.....and jjust to inform for those who did not knew...recently I have changed job and now working in TPM (bukit jalil).......working at a normal hours....and became normal like other ppl...ekekek no more shift work for me k...... orang gila...~~!!

Any maybe some ppl does not realise that 2009 will be ending soon.....only 1 month to go....and on december surely a lot of activities will be planned.....ex. xmast..... clearing out annual leaves... and also do not forget for the gals...its the Year End Sale (YES!!) ekekek

I hope that for all my friends the 2009 bring a joyfull moment and surely there will be sad moments for them as well...just except it as a good experience for us to rise back and keep running for a better life........and lets hope that 2010 will be even more meaningfull in our life and a better year for everyone.....rileks la 2012 lagi 2 years....ekekeke so....lambat lagi for the end of the world yea.... :P huehuehue...

Well I guess that all for me and just to wish all of you guys a warm holiday for those who is going to celebrate christmast or going for a log vacation.....and not to forget out yearly trip to Langkawi ya which is on January..... be prepared yea...hope my tamiya car can be done by that time....ekekeke......

Dear SDCians..

This was the theme from a Hong-Kong drama entitled "Burning Flame 3". It reminded us to keep a positive hope no matter how tough the situation would be. There will be a solution to any problem, although sometimes the solution is not as convincing as we wish it to be. However, keeping this positive note is definitely Better than just giving up or avoiding the situation. Besides this interesting quote, the drama also displayed 2 interesting characters of 2 buddies who have gone through both sweet and sour throughout their journey of friendship. Here, I would like to briefly share the personalities on these 2 persons whom I believe we can reflect to ourself for self-awareness and improvement:

a) Ah Seng

- He has always been giving 120% in whatever he does. His determination and seriousness in work and attitude has earn the nickname of Ah Ngao, means Cow. In an accident which he loses his left leg, he still managed to stood strong and reclaim his role as fireman officer. In almost every critical situation, he was ready to sacrifice his life for the safety of others. However, his stubbornness almost causes him to lose everything in life. His gf left him because he always plan everything for his gf without consider her feeling. He even set the career path for his gf based on what he thinks is rite, and not the interest of his gf.

b) Rex

- He is the best buddy of Ah Seng. In an incident which there was an error made by Ah Seng in the burning building, Rex hide the truth and pushes all the responsibilities to himself in order to protect the image and job status for Ah Seng. During the period when Ah Seng was in coma, he look after his buddy's family welfare and continue accepting blame and critics by fellow colleagues, who wrongly accused him for making the wrong the decision that placed Ah Seng on bed. Although he was prepared to wed Ah Seng's ex-gf, he make a painful decision of cancelling the wedding after knowing Ah Seng did try to commit suicide once knowing about the marriage. In the workplace, he's a flexible leader who emphasize much on teamwork and constantly treated his subordinates as his frens while still maintaining profesionalism.

May this review be the mirrow for our own self-reflection and let's live up burning flame from our inner self.

Great updates from the gathering last nite. Zeek is flying to Jordan on 5/10 to study arabic and work for a newspaper agency. We can expect news on SDC in Jordan's newspaper soon. GTF who supposed to fly to Japan next week for further studies, shall postponed her departure to next month due to visa complication. So lets get her out while she still around. Perhaps, we can witness another Shinjuku Incident soon. In the meantime, I believe Elyn will turn out to be a great tv host for IPTV/Telekom based on her overall improved looks, especially her arms. Dear SDCians..

I have just watched an inspiration movie, known as "Dangerous Mind". Basically this movie is about a lady teacher, who pick the job a fulltime teacher to a class of troubled students, and she choose to endure this challenge in a condition where she was not likened and welcomed at the first place. However, with her persistent determination, she finally became an inspiration to all the students and she also became the 'light' at the end of the dark tunnel of students' lives. Here are some interesting quotes from the movie:

What is the most powerful verb on earth?

The answer is Choose. You will always have the option to choose on what types of lives you wish to be. Even to the extent of death, you can choose to Die with Dignity or you can just choose to die without any efforts to live.

"I will not go down underground, coz somebody tells me death is coming around,
I will not carry myself down to die, when I go down to my grave, my head will be high"

-This is a Choice. Nobody is born as a victim. You can choose not to follow the wrong path, with then, you shall die with pride.

Recently I have attended a talk on "Leadership" by Tun Mahathir at IOI Putrajaya Marriot, which was organised by the Higher Education Ministry. As one of the Asia's most influence leader, I personally believed he has the utmost qualification in enlightening us on the issue of leadership. Here are the excerpt from his speech and Q&A session:

What are the qualities of a leader?

Willingness to push yourself further

Better than the rest in a certain way

Willing to take risk

Knowledgable (At least on objective of the group)

Skytrek: Report

Dear SDCians..

About a month ago, 25 of us went to revisit Bukit Cahaya for its skytrek challenge. As for this time, it was kind of special gathering as some of us brought their spouse along. Hopefully we can maintain this spirit and imagine 10 years from now, the headcounts grow bigger as they will be briniging their children along. Okok..lets not dream to far, anyway, to some of us who have tried the normal trek before, this new trek was kind of tough for us. As for those who were new, this trek was really extreme to them.

"Lets go to the zoo..."

Another positive thing happenned that morning was everyone arrived the venue on time. Some of us went there straight from home and some of us had a convoy from Kelana Jaya as we took our breakfast there. Upon arriving, we alredi had our first challenge because we had to pay RM3 per person for the entry fees which were not included in the initial skytrek's fees.

Kanak-kanak Special

The atmosphere were like a bunch of school children waiting for the train-ride in Zoo when we were sitting by the side while waiting for the feeder bus to bring us to our destination. No matter how old may some of us be, everyone just throw away their mask and allow themselves to be filled with fun and laughter. The 10-mins ride in the bus were seems like turning the clock back to our kiddish era we had in the Zoo.

The empire of SDC

Upon arriving, we registered ourselves and pack our stuffs into the lockers. Then we went to collect our hardness belt and the intructors were kind enough to help us putting on properly as this belt was our lifeline throughout the journey. While it was important to get it tight, it was also important not to get too tight, which may caused discomfort to our "little half". After everyone were well-equipped, we had a briefing by the instructor of the day. The instruction were clear and there were little sense of humor as well by the instructor. Next, everyone had the first taste of skytrekking when we walked across the trial trail.

Brokeback Mountain: The Rise of Keciks

In the beginning itself we already had our muscle grilled as we had to climb a multiple feet-tall of ladder before we can proceed to the longest flying fox of the entire trail. Such experiences in the beginning were making us wondering whether did we make the right decision to attend this outing. As we were attempting trail by trail, the 'feel good' feeling came and we slowly got ourselves adjusted to the challenge in both mental and physical aspect. Eventhough some of the trail may looked simple, the height and shaky platform did gave us hell of tough time. There were this saying of "save the best for the last", and we did had the best at the end of the course. It was more like a killer indeed. You need to have a DNA of gymnast to get past that obstacle. Most of us got stucked half-way through that particular challenge. However, our Japan-bound GTF did us proud as she was one of the few who managed get through that trail.

Briefing session

After four-and-the-half hours, all 25 of us managed to graduate from the course without losing any arms, legs or mentally traumatized. Although we began to feel the strain throughout the organs in our body, the sacrifice was worthwhile as we really had fun and we felt proud of our achievement for the day. It was really Extreme to some of us who were first-timer to the course and I personally respect everyone for their perseverance along the course as none of us choose to give up along the way.

The Return of Native Boy

Coincidently same as previous year, we proceed to Asia Cafe for our meal and end the day with a belated birthday celebration for Prasanth. It was great and memorable outing indeed. Hopefully there will be another new course for us to attempt, or perhaps a 'super-extreme' trail this time.

Chill-ing Waterfall

The East Coast Trip may be cancelled, but that didn't dampen the SDC spirit as 7 os us made our way to Chiling Waterfall in Kuala Kubu Baru on 26th July. Those present were Nicky, Das, Mogan, Kok Hong, Chua, Keat Yee and me. Had lunch in PJ before departing for the waterfall. Reached our destination around 3pm and thus, our journey to the waterfall began.

The Main Entrance

We had to go through the jungle and hike up the mountain before reaching the waterfall. The hike up the hill was strenuous, with all sorts of different pathways; muddy path with puddles of murky water, path full of stones and the path was so narrow that one can get scratches and cuts from the trees and bushes.

The registration office

If you think that jungle trekking is just an easy task, then you are wrong. In order to reach the waterfall, we had to go through six river crossings. The rocks in the river were so slippery that our very own PJ boy (*hint hint* you guys know who I meant) slipped and was soaked right down to his skin. Luckily no lives were harmed, except for Mr w800i, who fell into the river together with it's partner, was certified dead the very next day. May he rest in peace. (Dear SDC-ians, if you happened to read this, please do text Nicky your number so that he can keep in touch with all of you).

The Hanging Bridge

The one-hour journey was really worthy of all our sweat and energy. The sight of the waterfall was breathtaking. We felt that all our efforts was paid off. Everyone was so excited and started taking photos before dipping themselves in the river. The water was very chilly and upon getting ourselves soaked up, all the things that had been occupying our minds seemed to have been taken away with the flow of the water. It was indeed a great getaway for the weekend.

Black and White

We left the place around 5pm and had dinner together at Ulu Yam, bidding our goodbyes after that. It may be tiring, but the place definitely worth a visit. Would love to visit it for a second time. Now who's up for the challenge? I know I'm definitely up for it again in future...

Tarzan Das in Action

Here are some tips for those who wish to visit the place:

Pack your belongings in plastic bags(waterproof ones as in water doesn't seep through easily) especially your wallets, mobile phones,etc
It is advisable to carry a backpack as it enables you to move better and freely.
Do bring an extra pair of sandals/flip flops in case you lose them or they spoil during the journey.
Do bring extra clothes as you will get wet no matter what.

Harry B'day 2009

Dear SDCians..

It was kind of funny b'day celebration we had on 13/06 at Ben & Nick's Diners. We were celebrating Harry's b'day, which was a week earlier than the actual date due to Gan's inavailability on this week. So are we actually celebrating Harry b'day or Gan b'day? Anyway, it was kind of nice reunion as Wee, Wee's younger sis, Jasmyin, Gan, Harry, Kah Yee, Prasanth, Shuk, Din, SuYi, Cecilia, Nicole (Harry's Hostelmate), Abdul (Fatboy), and Nicky managed to find our way to the restaurant, which were out of nowhere. The food was good and almost all of us ordered the same dish due to Gan's recommendation. Besides Harry, the next person who were in the limelight throughout the nite were Wee's 8-year-old sister. Gan and I were considering to continue our bacherlor life for another 10 years as we believed this were a kind of worthwhile investment since nowadays 'economy' very bad. This year I managed to drop by at the orientation programme, which was held from 7/06 to 11/06. The traditional orientation culture were still being maintained; 'Halo2", "Those were the days", "We will get there", "16 steps" and "Numa2" to be named a few. Well done to all the SDCians who involved in this year orientation, and you have managed to instill and inspire the OC Spirit to both OCs and Freshies. Judging from the freshies' responses during the last day sharing session, I believe most of the ex-ocs are proud of your achievement and efforts in getting things done in the "REAL" ways. There were also sense of creativity and uniqueness that you have shown such as The "Ur Voice" dedication box, "Jai Ho" dance and the way oc/freshies sharing being conducted. Here are my personal feedback to this year SDCians' OCs:

Alvin: Perform a better job as asst. coordinator. May you continue instill the true oc spirit to the future OCs.
Steve: Well done as Head of Special Task. You have managed to inspire the freshies..
Tharan: Good job for the way the performance nite being organized. It was lively !!!
Robot: You have managed to reach another level of oc leadership as DM. Continue to improve when u have oc opportunity next time.
Keat Yee: Bravo for ur last contribution in OC. May the OCs experiences cherish you throughout the rest of your journey of life.

I personally believe one of the ways to get MMU back to be the best as the older days is through instilling the 'True' culture to OCs and Freshies during Orientation. First of all, a big thanks to Gan for organizing this outing for us even though he had been zorbed before and didn't feel like goin for 2nd time. SDC welcome everyone who share the same passion of treasuring friendship and making a better society in the country. Although the distance for zorbing was kind of short, however it was good enough to make u dizzy and drowned. To those who wish to go again or try for the first time, go for the wet one. Din's B'day Bash at Papaya Farm

Dear SDCians..

Recently 11 of us went to Kajang's Satay to celebrate our beloved and gorgeous Din's B'day. Born with precious assets, he's the one u may need to find when economic are bad. Haha.. Although there were no dramatic act set up this time, unlike last time where he got punked.. yet, the atmosphere were still great. Manila SDC'fied!

As you all know, on the 28th of April, I was on my way to Manila for an Academic Conference at the Ateneo University entitled "The Process of Democratization in Southeast Asia: The Impact in the 21st Century" which rocked my socks off! But yea sadly I have yet to attain my pictures from my conference but I do have pictures of me going around Manila with my Filipino friends who have been treating me very nice and providing me the best hospitable condition I can get.
Manila night life is 5000 times better than Malaysia, Sorry to say, even better than Singapore's Geylang Red light district and Malaysia's Bukit Bintang or whatever. It's just wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better. No joke guys. I was greeted with lovely people, happening people, and I blend in well with the Filipinos. Apparently I look very filipino to them so probably thats why. The best part of it, everyone speaks English! easy for me to get around and also everyone speaks Tagalog. Not like Malaysia where majority speak their own language among their ethnicity.

I made great friends here as well and my Masters classmates from Holland, Switzerland and Philippines were with me the whole time. It was really fun going around Manila.

One thing I just can't stand about Manila is the bloody traffic!! Oh God, if you think Puduraya traffic is driving you nuts, wait till you come here and see it for your self!!

A ride like from Bangsar to Mont Kiara is only 15 minutes, but if you were to convert that distant in Manila, it'll take you 45 minutes~ I wear to God guys, its really terrible but its good for me though since I get to see the city and stuff. And yea for those babi lovers, this is also a place for you all. Every there's pork hahaha but yea ever since the Pig flu hits the wave around the world, the BABI business is doing not so good here. But its ok, haha.

Beer here is cheap. you can get a heineken beer can for RM2.50. hahaha. I dont drink so im just telling to those guys who loves to Tanee Tanee all the time and get drunk. And yes, All the women here are soo pretty and gorgeous!!! and of course the Men here are also good looking as well la. All well hybrid from their colonizers and etc. lol but it was fun. I didnt get the chance to hit the beach but I hope to come again.

But I think the highlight of my time in Manila was that there was this gig going on in Makati, the Mont' Kiara like city in Manila and My Filipino friend gave my name to the Emcee and made me go upstage and sing live~! what really crave the fan's to scream like crazy is probably my nice vocal voice (:P) and the fact that I'm Malaysian probably hahaha. yea, if you have facebook you can check out the video. lol. I really had alot of fun in Manila. I wish I could've stayed longer and I'll definitely come back here again. What I observe being here is that we Malaysians can learn from their through how they integrate with one another and their social activities here can be a plus for us such as the so not much discrimination they get there than here and the way people treat each other. The only downside that is that their are struggling to help the poor and to demonsrate whether the country is still able to grow and develop economically and socially.

Frankly speaking, before coming to Manila, my parents and some of my friends warned me that Manila is dangerous full of crimes and not so productive as our lovely nation. To be honest with you guys, I can't tolerate comments like that if you haven't really seen and been to the city so I was on a mission to explore and learn my trade about Manila social activitives whether it befits the storiescommented by my friends and family. As I arrived in Manila, one thing I notice is that you are able to notify poverty immediately you step out of the airport. I took bus that rides through the country side and what I saw were houses being buit on mud, under the bridges and they wre made out of cardboards to some of them. The Philippines go through several typhoons every year and these houses are always at risk of being smothered down. Second of all, as I was riding in a car with one of my good friends from the Philippines, at a traffic stops, dozen of kids and some are half naked would come to your car window starring at you asking for help, aid, money visa versa and it was really a first time experience for me. very sad thing to see seriously. But on the plus side, I didn't see myself being endangered throughout my whole trip, and the people here are just very nice and lovely. Again, better to come and see it yourself rather than buying from people's comment who barely know about it.For your information, The Philippines compromises of 10% really rich classes, 12 - 14% middle classes, and the rest are just below middle class and poor. almost 15% of its population are living under one dollar a day and the population of the philippines is nearly 80 million. So you do the math. Tell me guys, you should be grateful of your nation, Malaysia. This is what I was thinking, the whole time during my stay here, it clicked into my head that I am grateful of my country, even though we are facing domestic political turmoil at the moment (These political problems like the one in Perak can be seen as the process of democratization in our country), we should still be proud and happy that our government still provides subisidies and we are able to move forward. Our government policies, especially the budget on progressing our education system is very much favorable. Do you know that in the Philippines, there are only 550,000 registered teachers available for primary and secondary school in the whole nation and they have to teach 20 million students in primary and secondary level? Tell me if this is sufficient for them to develop. The Phillipines never had the chance to develop as fast as us or Singapore. Believe it or not, in the 1960's, the Philippines were 10 times more developed than Malaysia and Singapore combined. What really halted their progress and caused them to go backwards were the dictatorship like role taken by its President when he had too much power and a spoilt wife (google Imelda, very famous). That resulted to a revolution in in the late early 70's and 80's when President Marcos was overtrhown by the people. So guys, dont complain if Malaysia is not giving enough this and that. If you are a Hindraf member, think twice of what you are doing and ask yourself if this is what you want. We are still in the midst process of developing and this economic crisis is pulling us under a bit so, dont worry we are progressing. Look at failures and negativity as an opportunity, not excuses. "Ini la masalah orang Malaysia, you are too influenced with the emotion of your surroundings and never think the rationality of the positive side, always looking for ways to criticize. BULLSHIT! If you talk the talk then you might as walk the walk, if not you've done nothing at all but putting more bullshit to other people. Get your actions right man". It's time you have a thought of it and see the future. Push aside the politics, look at ways to develop our economic growth. As a SDC member, you shouldn't be able to think like this because we dont encourage you to do so and we highly recommend you not do get your mentality like this at all. The best way for you to realize the real problem is by going around Southeast Asia and explore them yourselves. Only than you judge the books by its cover. Yes Manila was fun, full of entertainment, joy and happiness but you must also accept the fact that you can't leave behind the true reality. Other LDC (less developing countries) likeVietnam, Cambodia, Myannmar, and Loas are even worst. Just be grateful of what you have; trust me, Malaysiaits good enough already. Expect it to be better in the future. Always remember, Live with passion and you will overcome any barriers in the future. This our promise to you, as SDC'ians. This is our true Color. Dear SDCians..

How do u face tough situation where u r rushing for assignments, preparing for exams, uncertain about upcoming job interview, being bombarded by superior at workplace, or even have to separate from the person u loved? How bout feeling the lost of uni life where you were once looking forward day by day, greeted by juniors as you walked along central plaza, numerous supper nites, or running non-stop events as though your degree are endorsed by STAD?

Tea-break at Tanah Rata

On 21/04, SDC had its largest outstation outing ever where the presence of 15 warriors have make its impact at one of the spot along Banjaran Titiwangsa. Everyone looking forward for a recharge, especially the last recharge session was 4 months ago. The pressure inside the body has reach its height, essence of russian bear had dried, the body deeply in needs to be refill by Rajah's version of Sunkist..

Under one roof @ Lookout Tower

Have you thought of how long ur car able to travel once the ultraman's sign started to blink? As we reached Simpang Pulai and about to begin to drive up the hill, 2 of our Fe-lari show the sign of dehydration. According to our Das Sparrow, the next petrol station will be at Brinchang, which is about 30 km away. Luckily Proton and Myvii make us feel proud at least for once, as we managed to reach Petronas without the need to push the car along the way. Upon reaching, we checked-in into our apartment, and to our surprise (coz is cheap), it looked really good, spacious, brand new furniture and fridge, plus got Astro somemore. Then, we had our tea-break at one of the teahouse at Tanah Rata. Jega, looked fit and fat at the same time, show up there and shared with us the story on how he managed to escape from prostitution syndicate in India. That why he couldn't pick up all the calls and reply our sms late.

F.E.G in Action @ Lookout Tower

After enjoying cups of strawberry tea and strawberry scone, Das Sparrow suggested us to explore Gunung Brinchang as there were a look-out tower there. It was a very challenging journey indeed. From having multiple pit-stops that allow incoming vehicle passing-by to the extent of pushing Rajah's Wajar that stuck in the mud, finally we managed to reach the tower around 6.30 pm. It was very cool and windy, same atmosphere we had in Cable -car @ Langkawi , all of us decided to climb up the tower even some ppl (DiGi's Intern) scared of height. I believe that was the highest peak for hardegayya pose ever being made. Recalling the moment where 15 of us standing on top of the tower with limited space, multiple races, different ages, and one robot, yet all under one roof... This is what we called SDC....

Tolerance is the key to peace and harmony. As majority prefer to have our dinner at a chinese restaurant since there were not many attractive warongs around, Shuk and Din still willing to join us for dinner although we did ordered pork-free dishes. The vegetables were fresh and delicious especially one of the vegetables known as "cameronia", which only available in Cameron itself. Cost us RM300 for 15 people, I believe it was reasonable since it was a tourist area and during school hols season. If you have difficulty to order a chinese tea or "tea susu" in a chinese restaurant, you may request help from Robot as they way he ordered were as though the waitress was just 5 years old. Rained poured after our dinner, thus we decided to skip pasar malam and buy groceries from a nearby mart instead.

The night session begin with celebrating Das Sparrow's Belated B'day. Das, u see, as much as we f**k you, we still love you.. Haha.. Then we had our much awaiting thanni sharing session. Our barrista of the day, Rajah @ Kunji showed his talent again by serving everyone non-stop and ensure full customer satisfaction. Since orientation, this has the most number of people involved and the session ended around 4 am. Wateva have to say, was said. Wateva not supposed to say, also being said. One thing for sure is that Tharan can leave in peace now... Haha.. Anyway, as the saying goes, "Wateva happen in Cameron, stays in Cameron"..

Enjoying our Sunkist

In the next morning, two vans brought us to the heaven of Cameron Highlands, the Boh Tea Plantation farm. Along the journey, we did stopped few times as there were briefing regarding the history of the farm as well as we were showed the difference between the young and old leaves. Teas in Cameron were pioneed by J.A Rusell since 1929. Trully amazing landscape, we were reminded that the better side of the world still exist. Although not everything is permanent, yet there are still things that can live long enough for us to enjoy.

New workers in BOH

Upon reaching the tea factory, we were given explanation regarding the process of transforming raw leaves into our tea bag. Here, we got to know that the best tea leaves is known as Palas Supreme. With empty stomach since we woke up, all of us then rushed to the cafe for our breakfast. This is the place which motivate me to visit again and again. Fresh cool breezing air, fantastic view of landscape, serve together with a cup of hot tea, I have just surrended myself to the nature. Many of us feel used to feel bad when losing something precious, yes.. it hurts, however lets bear in mind that we came into this world without bringing anything along as well. As for me, to be able to enjoy a cup of tea in such condition should be considered a gift of life alredi. We shall definitely revisit this place again next time...

Breakfast at BOH Cafe

Next, we move on to our last destination, The Market. This is what we called the shopping moment as everyone was fulfilling the request list from respective family, relatives, frens and his/herself. Maybe due to peak season, all the goods were quite expensive. A Shuk's size of corn cost about RM3. Although is worthwhile due to its freshness and sweetness, we really had to bargain kao2 because knowing its cost and it's derived from local plantation anyway. Among other items that u should get there are steamed potato, strawberry, fried mushroom and pre-packed vegetables which selling at 10 packs for RM15.

As we were packing our bag before leaving the apartment, Jega, due to 'her' attractivenss :p, managed to attract a bee to laid smtg on him. Worry that he could turned into Bee-cch Man, we quickly send him to a nearby hospital for treatment. As the lobby was fully occupied by us, the situation look like someone in life-death situation. Anyway, doctor said he was fine. No funeral needed.

We left Cameron using the 'old-way' way, which was the Tapah exit because there were jam in Brinchang, plus it was nearer from the place we left. Along the journey, which looked more challenging than F1 track, we had to make 7 pit-stops session. Well, if F1 Car needs pit-stops as well, moreover us, who drove on high-speed machines. As we were travelling, we noticed orang asli settlements and there was a waterfall spot for you to chill-out as well. After we reached the ground, there was a signboard written "Selamat Datang Lagi", which is very much meaningful to Chee Wei. If u wanna know why, you may ask him.

Life is full of ups and downs, same as the journey we undertook in Cameron. If you choose to quit during the downside, u may miss the chance to see the upside again. May the SDC's spirit keep us being strong from time to time. Thank you for your presence, I will continue to live because of You.

Bukit Gasing Trip Aftermath.......

Hello SDCians, sorry for very long delay for this report.On Sunday early morning 22nd February 2009, 7 of us me, Gan, Nicky, Cecilia, Nicky Fren and Cecilia Fren (Lee Ping), we went for rough terrain jungle trekking at Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya. Firstly, we all meet up at A&W PJ. Then from there we proceed to the Gasing Hill. While we reach there, we notice alot of ppl and amoi with their hot sport attire. We parked our car. Then we enter the Bukit Gasing main enterance , begin the trail, lead by Gan, since he's very experince on this jungle route.

After 20 min of journey, we make our 1st pit stop at the observation tower., then we proceed again to followed by denai routes. We passby few places pantai dalam, kerichi and back to PJ. As we proceed then we came to anak sungai.

Then we had to hike up about 200m high. Quite a rough terrain to climb up. Nearly took 2 hour for us to complete the trail. Then we took a break at nearby playground right across the main enterance . Then took some pictures around. Then we all proceed tp SS19 for lunch, then after lunch we all back to our own destination.

CNY Reunion Dinner 2009

Dear SDCians,

Recently, we attended the CNYE Reunion Dinner, which held in Grandhall. This is the 3rd time SDC makes its presence for the dinner and still remain the only multi-culture table that stand above the rest. Thanks to Keat Yee, who makes effort to do the booking, then only ppl like me, Tharan, Ken, Sophia, Chee Wei, Nemo, Ping Ting, Din, and Shuk had the opportunity to enjoy the reunion atmosphere again..

Overall, the food was good, much delicious compared to last time. The working committees worked well and were friendly and helpful at all time. Whenever there was a need to refill drinks, or to clear the plates, they were always there to lend their services with a smilling face. I am impressed with this International Student guy, who was the waiter near our table and also one of the drummers in the 24 season drum performance. Although, he may be new to chinese custom and he may not even understand a single mandarin word, yet he still have the willingness to learn by offering himself as working comm for this event. Hence, this set a good example for most of us, Malaysian, who may not even understand or concern for our own culture and other ppl culture.

However, the little setback was the performance. Poor coordination in the program flow. I believe the performers did give their best for each of their performance, but horrible PA system just dampened their efforts, which they have been preparing for months.

Hey people,

First and foremost, Happy New Year! About half a month off, but better late than never. Hopefully it's been a good start of the year for all of you.

Now let's get on to the important stuff, which is doing stuffs.

Here's some (possibly) challenging, healthy, refreshing, and best of all, it's free. So if you like what you hear (read), say yes and put your name down in the list below to go to...

Where: Bukit Gasing, PJ. Somewhere off Federal Highway
What: Minor hiking + easy peasy jungle trekking
When: 22nd February, Sunday 2009. Begin at 7.30 A.M. Transportation and meeting point will be updated later.
Who: All you people who are interested!
How: Wear either track suit (there's plenty of mosquitoes) or suitable short pants, t-shirt that absorbs sweat, shoes with working soles (cos the soil can get quite wet and slippery) and bring a bottle of water.

The trek should be about 2 hours, in which we'll adjourn for a rewarding breakfast after that.

Hello People, today I just got the username and password for this blog, and this is my first official post here. So, I guess I'll just drop by and say "Hi!" I don't think that I know everyone here, and I don't think that everyone knows me... It's been two semesters off MMU, so I guess I'm gonna see those who are still in MMU next sem! Happy New Year everyone.. Let me share with you something that reserve a special place in our heart especially during our university time..

Yeah..is Numa-NUma..Remember how we, OC, dance our own version of Numa-numa, which choreograph by Zeek... Next, remember how we had Ratnam, Murali and William impersonate those guys on the stage..I just can't stop laughing whenever i watched this MTV or recalling those OC moments.. haha.. let this wonderdul memories keep us ahead for the new year...

Langkawi Season 2: Report

Dear SDCians..

Although the trip has ended, most of us were not feeling sad, but instead we were looking forward to the new year or the new Langkawi season because this trip has gave us something special, a new Hope. From the 3 days 2 nites gathering, we were just being ourself and 'happy-happy', released our stress and recharged for the new year ahead.

"Banana Boat"

There were positive signs during the beginning of the journey. As we stopped at Sg. Buloh's Petronas for break, Shuk's car suddenly locked by itself and the great thing was Shuk left the car key in the car. Luckily, Murali winded down Shuk's car window earlier, thus enabled him to pull the car lock. So the moral of the story is remember to wind down Shuk's car window whenever you sit in his car. Next, I actually left my camera's pouch on Rajah's car boot after we took some pictures at the petrol station. After driving for few minutes, then only I realised and we stopped the car at the side without any much hope. Well, lady luck was on our side as the pouch still stuck on top of the car boot.

As we reached the island, we rented an old 8-seater van for our ride, and fyi, we have 10 of us with some of asses almost as good as JLO. Therefore we had to squeeze all the time, and with Shuk as our driver, the whole van was really looking like transporting illegal workers with Das's face sticking outside the window. Anyway, it was really more fun and meaningful travelling in a single van, barulah macam Road Trip. With Das as our navigator, we managed to get to anywhere we want as he knew the road so well as though we are in campus. Well done Captain Jack, and as the old saying goes again "As much we **** you, we still **** you". Remember that bro.

Another great thing to see is that both Eugene and Ravin felt comfortable joining us especially Ravin who joined us for the first time. That's why Thulasi even gave him a special 'gift' during one of the days. Ravin even started to check our blog and asked me to informed him any of future outings. He even ordered our SDC's shirt. As for Eugene, he gave an Oscar awards speech to show his gratitude during our tanni session. Hahaha.. here I just wanna prove that we do not confine to only few of us.. as long as You have the true Malaysian Spirit, then you are alredi part of SDC...

"Cable Car with Penang frens"

If you asked which part of langkawi we would like to visit again, I would say the Cable Car station. The scenery and weather was so fantastic till we thought we could have reached heaven. The strong blowing wind and cool atmosphere showed us there are still many great things left on earth. Even Mogan expressed himself by saying "This is better than sex, wei !!!". We even met and took a picture with a group of beautiful people, originated from Penang, as one of them volunteer herself to take group picture for us.

At the end of the trip, some of us had started to talk about the new Langkawi season. Well, I just can say "Yes, it will happen" as long as everyone maintain the SDC's spirit. Let's hope those who went this time will rejoin again for the new season, and those who can't make it previously will make effort to attend this time. Our missions for the new season are "Beach Visit" and upgrading our "Stretching Session". Here are some of the captured moments:

Dear all, due to lack of participation and most people are so busy, or the place wasn't that intereting, so I decided to cancel the coming on gathering at FullHouse, Ara Damansara on this Sunday 23 Nov 2008. Please take note.

I am so sorry for this and wish everyone of you stay happy and healthy.

* I am so sorry for this happening. The reason behind is FullHouse is actually very popular now. And since there is a disney exhibition, plus school holiday, plus SUNDAY, I am for sure the place is gonna crowded. So if we didn't make reservation(in case a lot of people going), I worry we end up to be very dissapointed for can't be a Korean movie super star. For current the list only have me n nicky, Michelle had pull out because she is going back hometown this weekend. So I assume only me n Nicky are available. Since then it's not a SDC gathering anymore. It's gonna be a date for me n Nicky only(just kidding).

Dear SDCians..

Thanks to Zeek, we really had a good time in Bangsar on last weekend. Besides as means of gathering, the hidden agenda of our last week outing was to celebrate the birthday of our little girl, who has grown to become a lady already. Although the map posted by Zeek could have lead us to somewhere else, yet everyone still smart enough to make it to the actual destination @ Mango Mania. Due to some wind of change, we had decided to have our dinner at a restaurant called Delicious. Well, the food is really delicious although slightly a little expensive compare to our current financial ability except Gan (Digi Fuyohh). Anyway, this place was really like a heaven especially to the Guys due to its exotic environment 'view'. Besides having some neck strain, one of us (Zeek) even became hallucinate with his deja vu. In order to preseve its freshness, Din had to leave us early but his spirit remained with us throughout the nite. Next, we move on to Mango Mania for the birthday celebration. It was a kind of unique birthday celebration as we had 6 cute cup cakes instead one whole cake. Thank you Gan for sponsoring those kot krun cup cakes. It was really fun eating those cup cakes with 8 adults using a small spoon each and start making holes in the middle of the cakes. Alright, enjoy the pictures montage:
